A. Yes. Milady, Magical Bishop, and Magical Rook are all given +1 attack by Magical Knight's ability. Magical Knight's ability has what's known as a "zone-shift trigger." If a card with a zone-shift trigger ability enters a zone where the ability is valid, in this case the field, and at the same time another card changes zones in a way that satisfies the ability's trigger condition, the ability is considered to have been triggered.
