A. No. You must transform one into a Lloyd token and the other into a Victoria token.
Q. What does "transform" mean?
A. To transform, banish the selected cards you are transforming and create the same number of specified tokens in their place. Note that tokens are removed from the game immediately after moving to any zone other than the field or EX area.
