A. Yes. It deals 4 damage to the selected follower and 3 damage to that follower's leader.

Q. If I have at least 5 Academic cards in my cemetery and an evolved Grea, Mysterian Dragoness on my field, does Grea's Ember deal 4 damage?

A. Yes. Its damage first becomes 3 from its own replacement effect, then gets increased by 1 by Grea's ability.

Q. Does "the next Grea's Ember you play this turn costs 1 less" take effect if I play a Grea's Ember from my EX area or another zone that isn't my hand?

A. Yes, it takes effect regardless of where you play the spell from.

Q. If I don't find a Grea's Ember to put into my EX area with this follower's On Evolve ability, is "the next Grea's Ember you play this turn costs 1 less" still valid?

A. Yes, it is.
