A. No. Evolving a follower doesn't count as playing a card, so it doesn't count toward your Combo.
Q. What is ability damage?
A. Ability damage is damage from non-combat sources, including damage from spells and follower abilities. Damage from Strike abilities, although triggered by combat, is considered ability damage.
Q. Can this follower be buried by abilities such as Yuzuki, Righteous Demon's Fanfare?
A. Yes. Burying a card is different to destroying it.
