A. No. When required to select targets for any part of a card or ability, all targets must be selected before playing. So if you choose options 1 and 4, you first select an enemy amulet on the field, resolve option 1, then resolve option 4.
Q. When choosing multiple options, can I choose the same option multiple times?
A. No, you can't.
