Q. I have this follower and an Enstatued Seraph with 3 prayer counters on my field. Will my leader gain 20 defense at the start of my end phase from Enstatued Seraph's "At the start of your end phase" ability?

A. No, it will gain 10 defense. Enstatued Seraph's ability will trigger again, but since Enstatued Seraph was buried as part of the first activation, the second activation cannot be resolved.

Q. If this follower is not engaged, can I still choose option 2 of its "At the start of your end phase" ability?

A. Yes. You would simply not refresh the follower.

Q. If this follower is on my field, how many times will abilities that trigger at the start of an opponent's end phase trigger?

A. 2 times.

Q. If I have 2 copies of this follower on the field, how many times will abilities that trigger at the start of my end phase trigger?

A. 3 times.

Q. When choosing multiple options, can I choose the same option more than once?

A. No, you can't.
