If this would deal ability damage, it deals that much +2 for every fusion counter on it instead. On Evolve - Select an enemy follower on the field and deal it 3 damage. On Super-Evolve - Deal 1 damage to each enemy leader and enemy follower on the field.

Q. If this follower has 1 fusion counter and I play its On-Evolve ability selecting an enemy follower equipped with a Princess Sword, how much damage will it take?

A. When there are multiple abilities modifying damage dealt, the player who controls the follower receiving the damage decides the order in which the abilities are applied. However, in this case, since the modifiers are +2 and -2, both orders would result in the follower taking 3 damage.

Q. If this follower has 1 fusion counter and I super-evolve it while my opponent has a Shion, Immortal Aegis on the field, how much damage does this follower deal to Shion and the enemy leader?

A. The player with control of the Shion, Immortal Aegis (in this case, your opponent) would decide if they take 0 damage or 2 damage. When there are multiple abilities modifying damage dealt, the player receiving the damage decides the order in which the abilities are applied. In this case, depending on the order, the final damage taken can be calculated either of the following two ways: 1. Your opponent decides to apply Shion's ability first, reducing 1 damage to 0. Then, since taking 0 damage doesn't count as taking damage at all, there is no instance of damage that would be modified by +2. 2. Your opponent decides to apply the +2 damage first, modifying the damage taken to 3, which is then reduced to 2 by Shion, Immortal Aegis's ability.

Q. What is ability damage?

A. Ability damage is all damage except for damage dealt by two followers in combat or by a follower attacking a leader. Damage from Strike abilities, although triggered by an attack, is considered ability damage.

Q. If I super-evolve a follower with an On Evolve and On Super-Evolve ability, can I choose the order in which I resolve them?

A. Yes, you can.

Q. If I super-evolve a follower with an On Evolve ability, does it trigger?

A. Yes. Both its On Super-Evolve and On Evolve abilities will trigger.
