On Evolve - Select an enemy follower on the field and deal it 2 damage. If a card in your EX area has at least 4 passion counters, deal 4 damage instead. If it has at least 10, give this +6.
Q. If I can't select an enemy follower on the field, but a card in my EX area has at least 10 passion counters, do I still give this {DEF}+6?
A. No. If you can't select an enemy follower on the field, you can't play this follower's On Evolve ability.
