Q. When playing this spell, if I can't select an enemy follower on the field, can I still choose option 2 to discard an Oracle Think Tank card, look at the top 2 cards of my deck, and put any number of them on the top and bottom of my deck in any order?

A. No. If you can't select an enemy follower, you can't play this spell.
