Awakening of Twin Blades

At the start of the game, the player going second gets 3 Evolution Points. When paying an or cost, you may use an Evolution Point in lieu of 1 play point by turning it facedown. (Only one can be used per evolution or ride, and you can only activate or abilities once per turn.)
