A. Yes. Each copy's "choose 1 that you haven’t chosen this turn" text only applies to itself.
Q. If I can't select an enemy follower on the field, does this follower's UB ability still count as executed?
A. No. The ability wasn't successfully played, so it doesn't count as executed.
Q. If a UB ability I control executes during an opponent's turn, does that trigger this follower's "whenever a UB ability of another follower on your field executes" ability?
A. Yes, it does.
