A. The active player does. The active player always resolves their abilities before non-active players. In this case, the order will be as follows: 1. This amulet's Fanfare ability resolves. The active player reveals and summons a follower. This follower's Fanfare ability triggers and becomes pending. 2. The next non-active player reveals and summons a follower. This follower's Fanfare ability triggers and becomes pending. This continues until each player has revealed and summoned their follower. 3. The active player resolves their follower's Fanfare ability. 4. The next non-active player resolves their follower's Fanfare ability. This continues until each player has resolved their follower's Fanfare ability. Note that even if a follower leaves the field, because their Fanfare ability has already triggered it will still resolve.

Q. If I play this amulet's Fanfare ability, which player goes first?

A. While this amulet is on any player's field, if the follower the active player is declaring an attack with can attack an enemy follower, they can't declare an attack on the enemy leader. Note that this amulet doesn't prohibit players from choosing not to attack. Some examples are as follows: If there is an engaged enemy follower on an opponent's field, the followers on your field can't attack an enemy leader because there is an enemy follower that can be attacked. If there are only reserved enemy followers on an opponent's field, the followers on your field can attack an enemy leader because there isn't an enemy follower that can be attacked. If there are only reserved enemy followers on an opponent's field, and you have a follower with Assail on your field, your follower with Assail can't attack an enemy leader because it can attack the reserved enemy followers. However, your other followers without Assail can attack an enemy leader. If there are only reserved enemy followers with Intimidate on an opponent's field, and you have a follower with Assail on your field, the followers on your field can attack an enemy leader because the reserved enemy followers with Intimidate can't be attacked.
