A. Yes. It is in the cemetery by the time you resolve its Fanfare ability, so you may select it. If you do, you do not banish it. Additionally, if you choose to resolve its Last Words ability after its Fanfare ability, you do not put it into its owner's EX area.
Q. There are 10 or more cards in my cemetery. If I summon and destroy this follower with Nephthys's Fanfare ability, then resolve this follower's Fanfare ability and summon a Wasteland follower that costs 3 or less from my cemetery, do I banish this follower?
A. No. It is no longer on the field by the time you resolve its Fanfare ability.
Q. If I summon and destroy this follower with Nephthys's Fanfare ability, can I resolve this follower's Last Words ability before its Fanfare ability?
A. Yes. Since its Last Words ability and Fanfare ability would both be pending at the same time, you may resolve them in any order.
Q. If my EX area is full, and this follower is put into the cemetery from the field, how should I resolve its Last Words ability?
A. It remains in the cemetery.
