The Principles of Unsatisfactoriness

Play this if you have a grade 3 or greater vanguard with "Stoeirhaja" in its card name and you did not play an order with the same card name as this card this turn! Until end of your opponent's next turn, your opponent gets "All of your vanguards get -3000.". If you played another Codex order this turn, 2, you draw a card, and until end of your opponent's next turn, your opponent gets "All of your vanguards get drive -1.". (This effect is not lost even when your opponent rides their vanguard)
